The standard room was comfortable with a bed and bathroom. the restaurant was always busy.

Good and perfect location to the bay below, and 15 minute walk from Genting Arena. Great food in the in-house restaurant in the vicinity. A comfy bed and a good sized and extremely pleasant room overall. Friendly customer care, parking onsite. Free Wi-Fi and convenient check in.

For the expensive price tag, the facilities need to be better. The sofa was faded and stained, the room wasn't cleaned properly and there were stains everywhere. The shower/bath caused a huge leak on the bathroom floor. I've seen better at a budget c

It made my trip to Birmingham a really enjoyable experience. Hotel was delightful, staff was respectful. The property had a central location close to rail for easy access to city centre. There was Five Guys nearby, offering quick meals.

I stayed in a quiet queen room that had a beautiful view of the lake 🏞️. The room was really peaceful because it had good soundproofing.

The check in and (lack of) welcome. Reception area was scruffy. Receptionist was rude, unwelcoming and didn’t listen. Even to the point that my nine year old daughter commented on how unfriendly she was. You get a warmer welcome in a travel lodge

Had very pleasant stay of a service that you would get in a budget hotel. The rooms were brand-new and high quality, had a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries in the bathroom.

The breakfast here is plentiful and excellent, offering a wide range of meal options.
